Restaurant Hubert is now open for lunch with live jazz every Saturday

Restaurant Hubert is launching a weekend lunch service from Saturday February 5th. The Swillhouse Hotel Group’s famous French restaurant offers its beloved Three Martini lunches on Saturdays, so you can start your day with a luxury French banquet.

All the trimmings of a Restaurant Hubert feast will be offered during Saturday sessions, including the full à la carte menu, $11 martinis, specialty steaks and, of course, a healthy dose of live jazz. in the Huberts dining room.

After all, what better way to celebrate a new work week than with prime beef tartare, XO buttered snails or a caviar service.

The announcement comes at the end of last month’s Jazz January programme, which saw live jazz musicians perform in the CBD restaurant for the 31 days of January. And, if all your Saturdays are booked with post-lockdown catch-ups for the foreseeable future, you can also head to Hubert’s Magnums and Movies which runs until Monday June 6th.

The annual celebration of food, wine and film will see attendees treated to a set menu dinner, magnums of wine, a screening of a classic film and plenty of popcorn in the restaurant’s Theater Royal. This year you can watch beloved films from near and far, including Marie Antoinette; Priscilla, queen of the desert; and Lost in translation.

Reservations for Hubert’s Restaurant weekend lunches are available from midday on Saturday via the Swillhouse website or walk-ins are welcome if the restaurant is not full.

The Hubert Restaurant is located at 15 Bligh Street, Sydney. It is open for lunch from noon Wednesday to Saturday and for dinner from 5:00 p.m. Monday to Saturday.
