Chloe Perrier & The French Heart Jazz Band will present AMERICAN DIVAS IN PARIS at the Triad Theater
French singer, Chloe Perrier just released a new album: Little Flower with his group, the French Heart Jazz Band! The French Heart Jazz group is a mix of French songs and American jazz standards from the 20s to the 40s with a continental touch! The band is known for their reimagining of the old brown “My Heart Belongs to Daddy” as a bolero-tinged Twin Peaks theme, an obscure hot twenties jazz tune that Perrier found in a history book, and the classic “La Vie en Rose.”
After several sold-out shows of “Gatsby in Paris”, and the new hit album, the Triad Theater presents its new show “American Divas in Paris”. A celebration of the great American Jazz singers in love with Paris: Darling flower, Eartha Kitt, Josephine Baker & Helen Merrill.
“I admire and love these 4 women deeply, and I have long wanted to bring them to light. They are all a tremendous inspiration as singers and as strong women. All four of them sang in French and loved Paris, so I thought it would be great to honor them together in a whole new show. ” said Chloe.
